What do I need to provide?
Your business name, what you do, and any photos you've got. No photos? I'll sort professional stock images.
What's the full price?
£199 one-off to build your site, then hosting at £9/month or £91/year to keep it live, secure, backed up and looked after. You'll also need a domain name (typically £12–15/year). Cancel the hosting anytime, no contract. That's it, no surprise fees.
Do I need a domain name already?
No. If you don't have one, I'll help you choose and register one. Domain registration is typically £12–15/year depending on the extension (.co.uk, .com etc).
What if I don't like the design?
You see a preview before I go live, and I'll keep refining until you're happy: colours, copy, images, whatever. Still not satisfied? Full refund. No hoops.
What if I want to cancel?
No problem, there's no contract and you can cancel the hosting anytime. If you decide to move on, I'll export your site and hand it over so you can take it elsewhere.
Can I make changes to my site later?
Yes. I accept two content requests per month on my standard hosting plans. All content requests are actioned within 5 working days or less.
Do I actually own the site?
Yes. If you ever want to move to another host or developer, you can take your site with you. No lock-in.
What if I need an online shop?
The £199 package is designed for service-based businesses that need a professional online presence, not an online store. If you need ecommerce, get in touch and I'll quote separately.
