The plain-English version of what you're agreeing to when you order a website. Nothing here is designed to trap you.
What you're buying
The £199 package is a five-page website, designed and written for you, built and launched within one week (7 days) of your brief being complete and your content being in place. "Live in a week" assumes no delays on your side — photos, answers and approvals arriving when asked for.
What the price includes
The £199 one-off covers the design, copywriting and build of your site. Hosting is billed separately: £91/year (or £9/month). A domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk) is free in year one when registered through us, then renews at the standard registrar rate.
The money-back guarantee
If you don't like the site after three rounds of revisions, you get a full refund of the £199 build fee. This guarantee applies before launch. Once the site is live and handed over, the build fee is considered earned.
Revisions
You'll see a preview before anything goes live, and I'll keep refining until you're happy: colours, copy, images, layout. Three rounds of revisions are included before the guarantee kicks in. After launch, hosting plans include two content requests per month, actioned within 5 working days.
Hosting and canceling
Hosting is month-to-month or year-to-year with no contract. Cancel anytime and you stop being billed. If you leave, I'll export your website files and hand them over so you can host it elsewhere. There's no lock-in, ever.
What's not included
The £199 package is for service-based businesses that need a professional online presence. It isn't an online shop — ecommerce gets a separate quote. Social media setup and Google Business Profile setup are separate paid services, available once your site is live.
Your content and responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos, text and other materials you provide, and that your business isn't using the site for anything illegal. I'll register your chosen domain in your name, with you as the owner.
